This Practical Airbus A320 SRM Training Program has been developed to meet the knowledge and skill requirements of an aircraft technician who needs to be able to understand and interpret the Airbus A318-A319-A320 and A321 (i.e., Airbus A320 Family) Structural Repair Manual (SRM). This course will give the participants the basic skills and confidence in how to use the SRM in general and the Airbus- and Goodrich SRM in particular to perform damage assessment, select repair procedures, understand the repair method and design repairs within the limits of the SRM. The course includes assessment, inspection and practical repair case studies that require the student to determine part identification, allowable damage limits, and detailed metallic as well as composite repair options. Practical repair case studies are based online- and base maintenance (incl. exercises with the Goodrich SRM).
